Serve Keftedes with Yogurt-Sour Cream Dip party. Try them in your favorite spaghetti sauce in place of your usual meatball recipe. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Shape into 1-inch balls. Cooking Method #1: Roll Keftedes in flour and deep fry in hot oil. This is the traditional Greek way of making Keftedes. Cooking Method #2: Heat 2 Tbsp oil in a non-stick frying pan and cook Keftedes over moderately high heat until browned. Cooking Method #3: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place Keftedes in a baking pan and bake for 20 to 30 minutes, until browned, turning occasionally. See Keftedes in Wine Sauce for a wonderful main dish recipe.
