Prepare Moroccan Couscous Pilaf to serve with the traditional Moroccan Chicken or Lamb Couscous Platter. Or serve it as a side dish in place of rice or potatoes. Place butter, peas, broth or water and MOROCCAN BLEND in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil and stir in couscous. Cover and turn off heat. Let it sit for about 10 minutes until water is absorbed. Stir lightly with a fork to fluff before serving.
